- After you know the price for your repair and are happy to proceed, please complete the required repair form here.
- Print the repair form and send both the form and your iPhone, iPad or iPod to our address on the bottom of our repair form.

Please package your iPhone, iPad or iPod securely in a box or jiffy bag with enough packaging around the Apple unit to prevent any further damage whilst in transit to us.
Recommendations:
We would recommend sending your Apple device to us using Royal Mail Special Delivery or a trusted courier service, with enough insurance to cover your Apple device.
You are welcome to drop in your iPhone, iPad & iPod to us at our offices. We are open from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Remember:
We do not require any payment up front so please do not send any money to us.
As soon as your iPhone, iPad or iPod arrives at our offices, we will contact you to inform you of this.
We will inspect your iPhone, iPad, iPod and repair within 3 working days.
As soon as your iPhone, iPad or iPod is repaired, we will contact you for payment.
We accept card payments, bank transfers or cheques.
We will fully test your iPhone, iPad, iPod prior to dispatch and send back fully insured by UPS courier. Return insured delivery within the UK is £10.00 on all repairs and is fully insured. We use UPS as our chosen courier service, ensuring a fast, fully trackable service. Return delivery anywhere else in the world is £15.00 and is sent by Royal Mail International Signed for with a tracking service up to leaving the UK and then tracked using your local postal service.
All iPhone repair, iPad repair & iPod repair prices quoted by us include VAT at the current rate.
