My three year old dropped my phone down the toilet… i scrambled it out quickly, did not turn it on, emptied the water out, and left to dry in a sealed bag of rice for 3 days… Connected it back up, the apple logo came on then vanished… after that, nothing!
I took the phone apart after watching some youtube vids, and made sure everything was dry, and tried again… nothing!
Last resort was to send away and get it looked at. After speaking to Stuart, I sent the phone in… a few days later, I had a call to say everything was fine after replacing a battery… The screen was cleaned (flecks of dust and slight water marking), and returned by courier.
Am always dubious about small businesses like this, but they did what they said they would and at a reasonable price. I would recommend this service to anyone wanting to repair their phone.

Super fast service. I dropped my Iphone and cracked the screen pretty badly. I was having some tough times.
I planned on just saving up for a new one when I was refereed here. Sent in my Iphone Monday morning and picked it up on my Tuesday commute again.
The service was great and they also helped to clean the phone. I would definitely recommend these guys to my friends when they need some help.
I had just gotten my Iphone and unfortunately messed it up out of my stupidity. I was having problems getting a connection online because of some settings I was tweaking with that I shouldn’t have.
I called in and these guys helped me out quickly. They took the time to explain the problem and showed me step by step the procedures they followed to restore connection to my networks.

My battery had died on my Iphone and I was panicking. I’m not a very “tech swavy” kinda guy and this was my main business phone.
I did some research and came across this site which allowed me to send in my phone via mail and retrieve it back. After reading some of the comments, I sent it in.

After dropping my Iphone in water I thought it was dead and non repairable. Vodafone were not interested in helping and I found you guys on the internet. The communication was great and my iphone was returned as new within a few days by Fedex. I would strongly recommend using this company.

My front screen smashed and I really didn’t want to send it off to get fixed so drove over to the workshop in Chatham. Really interesting old dockyard … like stepping back in time. Luckily the guys at iPhone repairs were very much of the 21st century and they were able to fix my phone in less than half an hour while I waited. Very friendly service. Will definitely use them again.
Our iPhone 4 just packed up and stopped working, a quick Google search lead us to this company and boy are we glad it did! Totally professional, excellent service, fixed while I waited. One of the greatest things about this company is the fact that you can actually visit their Offices (which is actually situated in a really nice area – old dockyard in Chatham, Kent).

I have to say I had brilliant service from this company. I thought it was curtains for my iPhone 3gs. After accidentally dropping it in water, the screen had blacked out. I sent it off to these guys on a Thursday afternoon and by Monday morning had an e-mail telling me it was ready to send back. My iPhone is now working fine and the repair cost didn’t break the bank either.

Managed to drop my Iphone 3GS in the bath. Despite rescuing it quickly, draining it and drying it for 3 days, in a sealed contained with water extracting material, all was not well when I recharged the phone. The phone was functioning but screen was barely visible, except in direct sunlight. Established that the backlight had failed. Rang and spoke to Stuart to discuss repair. Sent phone last Saturday, Special Delivery, and repair was completed within 3 days. Courteous phone call received when repair was complete and phone was being despatched back to me. It was delivered, next day, by UPS and is restored to full health.
Very pleased with the advice, service and all at reasonable cost. Highly recommend this business. If ever you are unfortunate enough to have a mishap, with your phone, give them a call. You won’t regret it.

What a fantastic company, 2 day tunaround and cost alot less than i thought to repair.
Brilliant! Sent phone on Thursday pm and it was mended by the following day. A good price for the work. I have already recommended them to others.
I stupidly dropped my iphone 3gs in water, rescued it straight away and as advised by many, left it submerged in rice for a few days to soak out the water. After taking it out of the rice, I found it was in fact working fine but the display was so faint that it was impossible to see anything without putting the phone directly under a very bright lamp.
After finding this repair centre online, slightly weary of it because of this, I took the phone to the repair centre at the historic dockyard in Kent and left it there for repair. I was called just 3 days later and informed the repair had been successful and that it wasn’t the backlight as originally suspected, but the LCD screen.
It was such a relief to have my phone back in working order, and the service was impeccable;
-friendly, polite staff,
-great turnaround period (as they said, they “don’t muck around”),
-fair prices,
-and overall faultless service.
I was extremely impressed and would recommend these guys to anyone who owns an Iphone =)

I managed to drop my iPhone and cracked the glass screen. In my research for providers of spare parts for iPhones I came across iPhoneRepairsLtd.co.uk several times. The reviews were consistently positive so I placed an order for a replacement glass screen + digitiser & and a toolkit to open my iPhone.
The parts arrived the next day after processing and fitting the replacement screen ended up being a relatively easy task. My iPhone is now back to looking like new.

Found this site through Google. I thought the phone had two faults, but it only needed one repair, I wouldn’t have known any different, but they only charged for the one repair. Really good quick service, I would recommend them to anyone who needs a repair.
When the backlight failed they fixed and returned it as good as new in days. Then some months later the on / off switch failed and again they fixed it fast and well. Now I have just chucked it down the road and smashed the screen so it’s on the way back to them for another fix. Great company, great service!

I was initially a bit wary about sending my phone to a (largely( internet based company, though the ability to drop my phone off in person if I so wished, did reassure me to some extent. I needn’t have worried. My phone was professionally repaired and returned to me very efficiently.
A potential problem was averted due to excellent after sales service, offering to fix the problem if the “over the air” solution didn’t work. It did and returning the phone wasn’t required!
All in all I can recommend this company without hesitation.

After trying to see through my horribly shattered iPhone4 screen for over two months, I finally plucked up the courage to post my phone to have it fixed. Should have done it earlier!
