How does it work?
- You send in your Apple iPhone to us for inspection.
- We then confirm the problem will be uneconomical to repair.
- We then proceed to exchange your broken Apple iPhone.
- Finally we send you a professionally refurbished, like-for-like, as new Apple iPhone.
We exchange Apple iPhones on a like-for-like basis. This means if you send in an iPhone 3GS 16GB locked to O2 network that has been dropped in water and now does not switch on, you will receive back a professionally refurbished, as new, Apple iPhone 3GS 16GB locked to the O2 network.
Another example would be you have accidentally dropped your Apple iPhone 4 32GB which is factory unlocked and have smashed the screen, rear glass case, frame is dented and scratched and the sound no longer works. You send to us your damaged iPhone 4 32GB for exchange. We inspect the damage and confirm that it would be uneconomical to repair. We then proceed to replace your broken Apple iPhone. You then receive back a like-for-like professionally refurbished Apple iPhone 4 32GB factory unlocked handset.
Basically we exchange your dead, broken, damaged Apple iPhone with a professionally refurbished, as new handset at a cost which is almost half that of a brand new replacement.

How long does it take to exchange my broken iPhone?

PLEASE NOTE: If we receive any handset that has been reported stolen or your handset is barred by a network operator, we will not send back any replacement handset to you. We may also ask for proof of purchase at any time. This service is only open to UK residents at present. Only one handset per customer, per day will be accepted. A return delivery charge of £10.00 will be applicable on all exchanged iPhones. Return delivery will be fully insured and couriered back by UPS or Royal Mail.
